The Attendee Hub is a go to space for sharing information with our attendees both pre & post event. Having a one stop platform to share an attendees agenda, have a list of sponsors and exhibitors, and to be able to share virtual content is extremely useful. On the day of an event, being able to confirgure and schedule notifications and reminders to all attendees also makes life a lot easier when you are busy doing other things. It can be a little clunky when it comes to the finer details of set up. For example, you have to know which sessions will be included and which will be optional etc. There also seems to be a small loophole when it comes to sharing virtual content to specific admission item holders. I use Attendee Hub everyday, we have multiple clients we build meetings for, some are small easy one page/registration sites, while others are way more complex. No matter how large or small the event, attendee hub provides us the flexiability to build the site our clients are looking for. We can also easily integrate from Cvent to Concur, so our clients can take advantage of setting up Concur meetings to regulate their attendees flights, costs, forms of payment, etc. I also love that I can give my contacts reporting access so they can run their reports 24/7 as needed without having to wait for me to be available to do so. i can't say there is anything that stands out that I don't like about attendee hub. There is a learning curve as with any software, but once you understand the program and know there is so much customer support to help you through the process, you will love it.
