What do you like best about customernext?

With CustomerNext, we were never left wondering which journey we were going to provide our customers. We were able to quickly determine which layer of service was best for each customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about customernext?

We are still in the earlier stages of implementation and have not fully explored everything that CustomerNext can do. We hope its design empowers us to make the right decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is customernext solving and how is that benefiting you?

We hope to provide each customer with a valuable experience. In this, we want to be able to predict what sort of questions they are going to ask and act proactively. Having a clear, defined path is a necessary starting point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
