The new team leader and the BRM were given the task of improving service delivery to gold level service. **What do you like best about CulturalFitness?** First off, the CulturalFitness app was straightforward to use. No training was necessary due to the intuitiveness of the app. Installation of the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store was a breeze. Secondly, the support and customer service from the team at PeopleProductive was off the charts! They came alongside our group and truly cared about the success of our team. They were highly responsive and worked with us to select the questions that would best assess our culture for the baseline assessment. Then after the baseline assessment, PeopleProductive provided a detailed report with the strengths and weaknesses of the culture in our organization. The solution didn't stop there. Next, we were given a roadmap with the specific culture workout to complete to improve the culture. At each step in the process, the team at PeopleProductive was there to coach us along the way. **What do you dislike about CulturalFitness?** Initially, the reports were not very easy to navigate. However, during our engagement, the layout of the reports improved along with the real-time dashboards. These two together proved to be powerful tools to use to share with our leadership team. **What problems is CulturalFitness solving and how is that benefiting you?** The culture on our team improved, and we became a more customer-centric team. We saw twice as much throughput as before, and our Customer Satisfaction scores increased by 25%. We achieved our goal of delivering gold-level service. ### 2. People are the critical resource when changing business models however, people often struggle to perform well due to difficult working environments. When implementing digital technologies the biggest cause of failure is not the technologies themselves but the human factors such as poor leadership and ineffective teamwork . CultureFitness identifies weaknesses based on honest feedback. Unlike most people-based assessments, the process is simple, fun, and anonymous. Uniquely, it provides rationales and action plans based on easy to understand guidance to motivate and improve "fitness" . **What do you like best about CulturalFitness?** Unlike most assessments that finish with a score, CultureFitness interprets the results based on intelligent comparison to well-researched good prcatices. Doing the assessment is easy and enjoyable, with a great user interface that is fun to use. The questions are easy to understand and also based on a sound respected framework that users can see. Other assessments tend to be old-fashioned questionnaires with "hidden logic" . Typical hit rates with most people assessments are at best 30%, whereas CultureFitness tends to be up in the 90%+ participation. **What do you dislike about CulturalFitness?** I can't find fault - it is easily the best I have seen. Not that improvements are not needed. Training and monitoring tools would be valuable enhancements. **What problems is CulturalFitness solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are focused on increasing business value for the use of technologies and improving people-based capabilities.
