Covey since "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" was released in 1989. I have a collection of all of Covey's books, and some extra copies of some. I use a laminated "7 Habits" card (Covey, 1994) on a daily basis, and carry laminated small business cards in each of journals and wallets. FranklinCovey resources have assisted me in being successful in my personal and professional life work since 1989. I have not hired FranklinCovey. I have utilized their resources. **What do you like best about FranklinCovey?** The books and DVDS are what I like the best, such as, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People - plus the 8th Habit from Effectiveness to Greatness with DVD with 16 Inspirational Companion Films (Covey, 1995). These resources guide my daily practices for myself and with others. **What do you dislike about FranklinCovey?** N/A - I like everything. Nothing is least helpful. Nothing is a downside, for me, and in my opinion. **What problems is FranklinCovey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I screen my actions with prayer, first, alignment with my mission, vision, and life purpose, and then by the 7 Habits, in order...be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win-win, seek first to understand, then to be understood, synergize, and shapen the saw. ### 8. Sometimes you have to rely on other users to get answers to critical questions. **Recommendations to others considering FranklinCovey:** If the 7 habits is important to you, then you have to work with FranklinCovey. They will immediately contact you and discuss your goals and how to reach them, if you are interested in that aspect. **What problems is FranklinCovey solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was looking for a way to organize my tasks during the day/week/month and keep myself motivated to do these things. FranklinCovey allows you to do that, to some extent. Benefits is that you get to check off tasks when you complete them which helps you stay on task but also delivers a shot of motivation every time you click that little check box ### 9.
