Crowdpurr is very user-friendly, both for setting up and for our audience. We had no issues whatsoever -- and any time we had a question, the support was prompt and outstanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really wasn't anything we didn't like about Crowdpurr. It was exactly what we needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lots of great things to like! I think the main thing is that it is very easy to use, its just one click and you can log in to the system and start playing. easy to get a lot of people on the platform. we've tried both individual and team mode, and both worked out great. also the built in questions are a huge help. i love adding gifs to the questions too! Not too much, most is pretty simple but one thing i haven't fully been able to get the hang of is having the next question go automatically, or show the answers automatically after the timer runs out. right now, I manually go to the next question each time. haven't quite figured that out yet! Loved Crowdpurr, and will definitely use again in the future. At least two participants in my most recent trivia game went on to use Crowdpurr for their own events, which speaks for itself.
One of the main reasons I liked the Crowdpurr platform was that the payment/subscription plan was plain English and I knew I wasn't going to be hit with surprise charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The more I use this in the future, the more it will become necessary to generate all of my own questions. I like the question bank but I think right now I would go through almost all the questions (that I care to use) in 4-5 multi-round games. But I don't mind coming up with my own questions, so it's hardly a "dislike", it's just the only thing I can think of that can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had a vision that we felt we could accomplish through an online game. We heard about Crowdpurr and quickly found a home base to be our platform. The customer support was literally a game changer. They enabled us to fully accomplish what we had hoped to achieve, and then some. Crowdpurr is a powerful platform. Traffick Jam Live created a game we call "Legit", its spelled as the acronym LJHTT for Let's Jam Human Trafficking Together. One of our tag lines. Traffick Jam Live and the social justice fundraising game we created, is grateful for the support and expertise Crowdpurr brought to the table. Crowdpurr's uncommonly cool customer support enabled us to cultivate our idea, and allowed it to flourish within their technology platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very little as Crowdpurr is frequently adding new features to their gaming technology platform. We found that if there was a feature we couldn't find, we would figure out a way to simulate that feature using the existing code that's already present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked best about using Crowdpurr was my guests being able to see the live answers as they came in as well as the leaderboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was slightly disappointed there was not a lottery feature that allowed me to put in specific guest names and pick one at random. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of adding questions and adding personalized items to each quiz. We used this for trivia and loved having gifs to go along with the questions. Love that it could run on its own with timers so that I did not have to facilitate anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I ran into a couple problems for written answers as opposed to multiple choice. I think there needs to be more than 10 right answers to account for spelling mistakes and capital letters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The different expreriences and the Social Wall. We used the Social wall in the Waiting room for the Live-stream. In this way we had an audience engagement before the show started. This was a really great function to connect participents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few minor bugs, but the helpdesk is great in the support! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of use for myself and clients plus features available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I dislike in particular. Like most things there may be certain areas where there can be improvement or certain features that could be added but overall it's great. It is also good to to able to send suggestions in which Crowdpurr are happy to run past developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am loving Crowdpurr and the way I can integrate it into my virtual game shows. There are so many ways to customize it and make it work for different types of groups of all sizes. You can create team trivia, individual trivia, survivor trivia. You can also do it remotely from wherever you are. You can also white label the platform so it looks like your branding or the branding of your client. Plus I love the variety of questions that are available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were weekly updates on the trivia or options to exclude certain questions from all your games so they don't show up again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
