We checked out several similar services & Crowdpurr offered the best options for pricing. We were doing a special event and only needed to accommodate a larger group of players one day. Other programs required we buy a year memebership.

It was easy to mix and match questions from their bank with our own as well, and we customized questions with logos from our sponsors as well as stock photos from their bank. We tested the Livestream option, but the Livestream delay made it too difficult to manage the game. We hosted the game plus a slide show from our office, and players were in their own homes. With the delay, we got feedback and had trouble timing the slides so that the players' trivia questions matched our place in the slide presentation. We ended up just playing the game in projector view on our end and sharing the screen in a Zoom meeting. Then we could switch between the trivia question and the slide show with the correct timing. We were able to run many different games simultaneously, smoothly, with minimal effort to set them up. We appreciated the ability to customize our games from week to week based on the needs of our program. It was a fun and interactive way for our youth to learn the material presented. I loved my experience using crowdpurr. We hosted a triva night for the county I work with, which is usually held in person every year. Our participants also reported enjoying this trivia platform. Some even shared they enjoyed trivia night this way instead of in person! They loved being able to participate in our event from the comfort of their home.
