I recently used Crowdpurr for the final session at our conference and all 190 attendees loved it. It was easy and straightforward to set up. All of the settings were explained well but best of all it worked flawlessly at the conference. We used the automatic setting and had 45 seconds between each of the 50 questions which added up to a one-hour session. After each question, it shows how many chose each of the multiple choice answers and then the leaderboard was the biggest blast of all. Our event is a cooking competition where we have judges and attendees voting on two choices for each course (three courses per night). We didn't want anyone to see the votes or to skip ahead to view the next courses.

It was nothing on Crowdpurr's end, but we signed up for the plan at a point where we had to renew in the middle of the two-week competition, so we paid twice the fee that we should have. We used trivia during our lunch hour in the office with a buy-in to raise money for charity. It was a lot of fun and people loved seeing the live results and the leaderboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I disliked that after playing 3 different times, a lot of the questions were repeated. Also, I wish the categories were mixed up instead of all movies, then all music, all history, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoyed the control I had from my phone to manually run the game. I enjoyed the ability to instantly share information with the room about who selected what before making a big deal out of the reveal. The Crowdpurr Conference-level program functioned exactly as we would have hoped for our event. The intended purpose that we utilized the application for was at a VIP customer event for one of the brands we work with, outside of one of our retail locations in South Florida. The cocktail party had a band, raffle prizes, a live painter, as well as a brand-focused trivia game looping throughout the event, on about 10 smart TV's set up around the venue. As the project manager, I appreciated the ease of setup and getting the game launched. In crunch time right before the event, I greatly appreciated that our live trivia game was such a no-brainer. We were hoping that we would have higher audience participation, but that really does not say anything about the way that Crowdpurr functioned for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only suggestion we had was that we wished the intermittent time between questions was more customizable for using our own content. We would have loved to have specialized product content shared in between questions / results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
