Octolens Pros and Cons

I'ved a few other social monitoring tools before, but none of them had all the platforms I was interested in and were much more complicated to set up. With Octolens, it covers all the platforms I wanted to monitor and was very easy to add the right keywords I was interested in. The AI relevance feature works like a charm, filtering out the noise we were used to from other tools we've tried. The setup process was impressively quick, taking less than 3 minutes from start to finish.

Pricing is very fair compared to competitors, offering excellent value for money. Additionally, the customer support is super responsive, addressing our questions promptly and efficiently.

If there's one area for improvement, it would be the addition of general news monitoring features similar to Google Alerts. Additionally, the current limit of tracking 10 keywords per workspace can be restrictive for some use cases. However, these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent tool.
