I'ved a few other social monitoring tools before, but none of them had all the platforms I was interested in and were much more complicated to set up. With Octolens, it covers all the platforms I wanted to monitor and was very easy to add the right keywords I was interested in. If there's one area for improvement, it would be the addition of general news monitoring features similar to Google Alerts. Additionally, the current limit of tracking 10 keywords per workspace can be restrictive for some use cases. However, these are minor issues in an otherwise excellent tool.
