Crowdin is easy to handle at first use and for more complex tasks.

There were some limitation with integration with Zendesk. Especially, when integrating with a huge database of already existing articles. I we had used Crowdin from the start, it would have been easier to integrate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Had to contact the support twice and both times they were not able to help.
1) Could not add locale due to custom locales not working. Had to find a fix myself.
2) The platform did not allow to add new languages that stopped the project from working completely. After the run around with the support, we ended up losing the work that was already done and having to recreate the project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crowdin's customer support is one of the best I've ever seen.
I've contacted them several times with questions — not because their Help Center is insufficient, but because I needed help with issues that were very specific to my projects — and they've always answered promptly with the information I needed or with follow-up questions. All agents are very knowledgeable about the product and go above and beyond to help their customers.
As for the product itself, we've been using Crowdin for over a decade. I find it very intuitive and easy to use as a manager and translator. It meets pretty much all of our localization needs at a very reasonable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't anything I dislike. Of course, as with any application, there's always room for improvement — features that we wish were available because they'd solve our specific needs. However, they're the only company I've seen who immediately shared my feedback and suggestions with their developers and PMs, and got back to me the very next day with an answer about whether or not it would be feasible to implement them.
