Setting up all the necessary projects was fast but needed quite a lot of fine-tuning to get everything working as expected.

I love the philosophy of CrowdIn being open source and being free for other open source products. We are now using it in several software products where we need translation into multiple languages. CrowdIn makes it easy for translators to contribute without needing technical skills. The integration with GitHub is extremely useful for connecting to our repositories. The pre-translation functions and machine translation integrations as very useful and easy to use.
However, the customer feedback is the best of any company I have ever seen. I have contacted them many times and they are always available, quick, knowledgeable and they follow up even on improvements and suggestions to the software.
