I like the UI interface and the features it gives to help translators produce quality translations quickly. It's really easy to provide context and comments about the translations and attach screenshots. The built-in QA tools are great - They highlight possible errors in translations: e.g. It informs you if the source phrase has brackets, but the provided translation doesn't. I'd like a little more customization for the folder structure with manual build downloads. It would be nice to be able to generate builds organized by folders then language/locale to help with some manual file management we need to do in some of our repos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crowding provides a very flexible solution for working with new content on websites, makes it easy to track the progress, and integrates well with GitLab, ZenDesk, Figma. etc. We have been using their service for over a year now and are happy with the service itself and the support they provide.

I like the helpful support and the great tooling with Google Play and GitHub integrations. Many localization vendors like e2f or Translate By Humans are available to choose from or you could even make the project public and allow users to contribute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The important stuff:

- it's very easy to set up and use

- fast, dedicated support team - having able to talk to a real person within minutes is a big thing

- plenty of integration options and plugins + pretty good API / CLI + lite clients for different dev frameworks

There are a few things to keep in mind:

- some configuration changes can be done by the Owner, only. In a larger org this Owner is usually someone who handles the subscription and not L10n Manager who manages the flows daily.

Since we are using Crowdin, our translators don't miss any new strings, and all translations are smoothly synced with our code once ready. You can set up Crowdin within a few minutes and just works.

Crowdin in-context translation provides one of the best experiences for translators as you exactly see how your translation will be previewed in real scenarios. It doesn't specialize in single aspect of translation as other software around but every aspect: from task management to payment. You can create cost estimation, project delivery forecasting and collaborative tasks for every member. Integration the the Wordpress scenerio would be appreciated via native add-on. Word string transformation is sometimes buggy. Ability to hide <X> tag words is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We tested different tools and finally found crowdin. It allows us to have an easy, step-by-step translation process, ensuring that we use consistent language throughout our (somewhat complex) application. Implementation was easy and we were able to import already existing strings. The fact that crowdin recognizes duplicates makes the process super fast.
