Crowdin was introduced within my organization to make the workflow of translations into several languages smoother. It helped us a lot in terms of collaboration. I like the e-mail notifications with new strings to translate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is hard to get enough context in order to pick the most appropriate translation. It would be nice to be able to embedd visuals of the software interface with hints what sections have to be translated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides their responsive customer service team who never lets me down, Crowdin is an intuitive tool to use, esp. for game localization projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I would change in Crowdin is having the same segment displayed in its order after canceling the text filter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The layout is extremely intuitive and easy to work with. The website offers numerous tools that make your work a breeze, both for translators, agencies and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricing is understandable, but high for small agencies who would like to use the platform for a few small clients.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Crowdin professionally for several years and recently moved over to their Enterprise product. It is one of the more user-friendly CAT tools out there, especially for translators. It is easy to integrate with our back-ends thanks to its API, and when issues do arise, their support is always online - even during the weekends. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some features need more refinement, especially from a project management perspective. Focusing on user-friendliness is great, but not everything works as intuitive or out-of-the-box as you would expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ever wonder how can you help with developing apps like adding translations etc? Use crowdin! You can add strings, fork your own builds and even more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it is kinda messy to find what you want, but not so often, so anything special. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Their support is responsive
-Once you understand the tool, it does its job
-Branch translations are useful
-Several methods to reduce workload for translators (auto-suggestions) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-The UI could have many pieces that clarify why something is happening
-The search in the documentation rarely finds answers for me. Only if I use exact terms, but I rarely know the exact terms
-Support is friendly and responsive, but I often have to repeat myself and explain things multiple times. I think Crowdin would benefit from people owning 1 support ticket vs. moving it around between people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have a personal experience from both views - translator and product manager - and use the platform daily. Crowdin provides a clean dashboard for both sides, so the everyday work is pretty simple. For the translators, the tool offers the opportunity to use Translation Memory and machine learning and translation, which more accessible the whole process. The tool highlights the variables with different colors to ensure the specific items stay the same. Additionally, translators have the option to raise issues or comments and get in touch directly with the product managers.
For product managers, the platform offers the ability to set up the translation (which is pretty easy) to multiple languages, track the progress, and bulk approve or decline the translators' suggestions. They can also answer the comments, manage the issues and also invite new users via different channels. The platform has an affordable pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Personally, I do not see any bigger downsizes besides the fact, that some (not all) of the variables lost their specific highlight color. Both translators and product managers are affected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After having tried numerous CAT tools throughout my career, I must admit that Crowdin is certainly the most comfortable and useful. In addition, its design is very intuitive and allows you to save time searching the TM and the glossary and offers other very useful functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would say the price is high for small businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like about Crowdin that it is very intuitive and simple and that it allows you to be able to contribute to improving a certain software in the languages you know Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have much to disagree, maybe I would update the somewhat old graphics in a more modern one, besides this I would improve the aspect of the selectable automatic translations, very often they are wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
