You can upload hundreds of texts and the platform stays transparent and easy to use. It was clearly designed by or with the help of localization managers as it has some really smart solutions that help me find that one missing text just like that ✨ Love it. What I also really appreciate about the platform is that I can easily assign roles and manage a huge number of translators. The more people involved, the harder it is usually to keep all the translations qualitative. So:

Providing context is usually essential and I feel like the platform could come up with better ways to help us explain the context to our translators. For now, I can only add comments and screenshots, which is OK, but sometimes it's not enough. Apart from that, I don't think there's anything bad I can say about Crowdin. We've been using Crowdin for more than a year now and I cannot explain how much it has helped us to deliver better translation.
It helped resolve the routine of keeping consistent translations, understanding context and including less technical people in the process. Since my last review, we have successfully added 2 more languages to our solution and invited more people to collaborate and maintain translations.
Context editor and web app editor are both fantastic. Hotkeys and TM translations shorten the time and effort for translating common phrases
Web app editor is a star product, as my team loves it since it provides a quick and convenient option to touch up some translations, without going on the main app.

There's not much to complain about, to be honest. I don't remember experiencing critical issues or any downtime whilst using the Crowdin.
Regarding improvements, it would be nice to see how long some keys have been missing translations and have additional reminders to translate untranslated items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
