I am Dutch and my templates are in English, but the QA tips (even for Dutch) are awesome and really improve the quality of my product (like having a personal language teacher). Although it's very useful when a lot of people is envolved in a project, as a translator/user myself, I miss a transparency-like option that would give in real-time or at least, the option to let people in the same language team set a note-like or notification that let other members know each translator what is working on and avoid double translation work.
