Crowdin is one of the best tool for integrations with the client's sistems.
We have implemented CLI and the client is able to push and pull translations with just a few clicks.
Customer support has been amazing in helping both the client and us (LSP) in creating the integration and meeting our needs of project managers and number of words hostes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Each project needs to be set up individually and there's no possibility to update the same information in batches.

Our company is a small software house that utilizes Crowding to effectively manage translations on our React project. The seamless integration with GitHub simplifies the process and ensures a worry-free experience. Although the software is extensive, it is user-friendly and easy to grasp. Initially, we utilize the free tier for starting projects and then upgrade to the professional pricing as the projects gain momentum. One feature that stands out to us is the role attribution, which allows us to limit access for different user roles such as managers, developers, translators, and proof-readers. This enables us to share a link with our clients, empowering them to handle specific business translations. This not only streamlines communication but also minimizes unnecessary back-and-forth exchanges with the client.
We are using this service quite often especially on projects that are past the MVP phase and start getting an active user base to upgrade the translations base on user feedback.
Really important to note that their customer support is maybe one of the most reactive I've ever experienced (less than a minute to answer and constructive help provided under 15 mins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Accessible: The website is accessible with screen readers to a very high degree which I haven't seen anywhere else. Of course, It isn't 100 percent accessability, but It is accessabile to let you get what you want done. I haven't tried with it personal projects for me, but, the projects I did for companies went well.
Machine Translation: I like that it shows you translations from different engines so that you can pick what suits your needs.
Shortcuts, It is a plus in Crowdin as it allows me to finish work quickly as a blind and a visually impaired user without moving with arrows and tab to find what I want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it was more accessible than this. Currently, The approove and delete translations buttons are no longer there and appear as popups which the sighted can look at but the screen reader user can't reach no matter how he tries. The only work around is to use shortcuts which are extremely helpful, but, I don't think they cover all the features in Crowdin's editor such as deleting the translation suggestion entirely. You can approove and unapproove, however.
The customer support wasn't the best according to my experiment as it took me sometime till I could explain my issue to them and they could understand it. No matter how I try, I kept getting the same answer for sometime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crowdin is easy to use, and has some good pre-translation options. It's decently proced for what it offers. Crowdin support is excellent - very responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pluging (to Intercom or Figma) are sometimes wonky and fail to work for no reason. Such cases are hard to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we have one place to gather translations for all the products and user-facing interfaces we develop. The speed of delivering localization is spectacular.
The work of developers is now completely decoupled from translation/localization. Fewer dependencies less time you need to sync everybody on everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In the Georgian language, there are no lowercase and uppercase characters, but Crowdin still throws errors. This has been a pain point for my translators when using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crowdin is a great translation product for small teams, and most of the features work just like we need them to. Their customer support is very responsive, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We're too small for the Enterprise product, but we miss some of its features in the normal Team plan. For example, team member management is a hassle. It's also not ideal that a project belongs to a single person and not an organization. For us, this made AI translations very tedious to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
