- I would recommend that Crowdin continue to improve the Reports API function, it currently works well on the web, but the work on the API is a bit more cumbersome. What I like best about Crowdin is definitely their amazing support team. They're incredibly friendly and always there to help with any questions I have. Andriy, in particular, was fantastic and really went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed.
Overall, I highly recommend Crowdin. Once you get the hang of it, you realize how convenient it is for translating projects. Features like providing screenshots for context and visualizing translations in the design really simplify the whole process. At first, the interface can be a bit tricky to navigate, and it takes some time to get used to it. We also faced some issues with the Crowdin plugin for Figma, but when we reported them, the team fixed everything quickly, so we could get back to translating our project smoothly.
