Crossing Minds’ approach to helping us solve for personalization and recommendation has totally changed our perspective. We used an off-the-shelf solution previously but it wasn’t the best fit for what we wanted to achieve and/or track. Really helpful tool to use in conjunction with Klaviyo. You plug Crossing Minds into Klaviyo and they will provide recommendations which are based on how each customer interacts with your products. I like that you have control over what products gets prioritized and you can change that based on your priorities, i.e. inventory or seasonal items.
