We have read through the documentation multiple times and it is very exciting to observe no limitation to building new features on top of the provided APIs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

But I would certainly appreciate some control on the Cronofy Dashboard to
1. de-authorize an account

Well, I am totally convinced that the Cronofy Team has accomplished to develop a very intuitive and simple way for helping companies build the best experiences when integrating their users' calendars. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
To be honest, there is nothing I dislike from Chronofy. So far we had an excellent experience when interacting with Cronofy´s API´s.
Just a little observation; maybe the API´s Documentation should have a more Business / Functional approach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Cronofy API gives you all the flexibility you could need to create your own solution if needed. If not needed, you can leverage their excellent SaaS web-app and integrations (Zendesk!) to get up and running immediately and ease any friction to sharing your availability with different parties. Cronofy pulls your availability from your calendar(s), and allows you to integrate the video calling solutions. Cronofy also has options to
- Create static scheduling links or send a single-use link;
- Pool multiple individuals as a group to offer the earliest availability of any of the members
- Is coming out with sequencing features to enable complex meeting flows (think rounds of interviews).
In response to our feedback, Cronofy made it possible to default all events to private to protect patient identities and information by making the meeting information confidential and only visible to the meeting attendees while still showing that you are busy on your calendar.

The integrations that Cronofy provides, both for individual and enterprise users, are incredibly valuable. It was difficult to find the product. The marketing and branding were not top-notch and we had to experiment with multiple products before finding Cronofy that met our needs 100%. Their service, communication, and support have been consistently great and some of the best I've interacted with. I felt very well-looked after and supported by David Jiang, the technical account manager for my team. Their documentation and online resources are very helpful also. Calendar integrations and scheduling automation is notoriously challenging but Cronofy makes it simple. Through a deep integration with our applicant tracking software, we're able to offer what we believe to be marketing-leading candidate interview scheduling for our customers. Cronofy has been a fantastic integration partner to work with and the depth of integration we've been able to build with their support is making a huge difference to our users' day-to-day recruitment workflows.
