The API (REST) integration seemed a bit complicated with needing to create an integration but the plugin got approved quickly. Having a staright forward auth mechanism instead of the current plugin/integration would help with quicker turn around time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Please everyone be carefull.

At first, we used Intercom, but since finding Crisp, we haven't considered other solutions. Our customers are ecommerce store owners on Shopify. They hustle every day to build their brand, and Crisp is the reliable solution that allows us to provide world-class support with confidence. Additionally, the Crisp Support team is fast and resolves any issues we have, whether usage or technical. Easy to integrate, with great and really reactive customer service to help us we managed to quicly setup crisp in our solution.
With its ease of use Crisp has been immediatly adopted from our support team! Moving from zendesk for such a great solution has been a relief!

We are a Shopify app development company, and support is a very important part of our SAAS business.
We are using Crisp for all of our apps and it works great for us. Antoine, who is their CMO, personally helps us to resolve some of our small problems. Previously I also several times connected their support and they were always helpful. And also price for the value they are adding to our business is no brainer.
