Reliability and performance. I signed on based on input from another business that recommended Crexendo. They moved on from Crexendo back in 2020 when Crexendo had some significant service outages. I stuck with them due to a year three contract which is very difficult to break. We've had ongoing issues with spoty performance (dropped calls, can't pick up calls, etc.). Called support and all they could report is "we see communication issues", but could not identify where or how to address. I did a lot of troubleshooting on my own and ruled out our network. I even had Comcast come out multiple times. On the initial call they did discover an issue (uplink signal level), but very minimal communication loss, jitter or corruption despite the signal level. After they fixed it our levels and SNR were golden. After continued issues with our VOIP Comcast set up a comm loop to us so we could ping them when our service with Crexendo got really bad to see if there was a general problem with communication to our location. What I learned is that we had zero issues (based on the comm loop set up by Comcast) with our location, but VOIP was still spoty. Crexendo kept pointing to their logging with comm errors. That's where Crexendo just passes the buck and points to others vs. stepping up and helping. In this day and age VOIP providers need to have products that are robust to normal communication issues even if they are somewhere between end user and Crexendo or have the tools in place to really troubleshoot said issues.
In the end we broke the contract and ate the cancellation fees for a year of service (that says something in and of itself). Our new provider has an excellent tool to test the connection which runs over a long time period looking for issues that would intermittently compromise audio, video, etc. Their router configuration instructions were pretty similar but not quite as extensive (curious). In the end my comm test results were great with no tweaks or troubleshooting needed. First time pass. I even removed the traffic weighting on my switches and router. I am really impressed with their network. Where Crexendo only has a single center and an AWS backup the new provider has 7 domestic centers (not to mention international) and their system dynamically picks the best one for you. Normally I'd wait a little longer before reporting success, but after two weeks everyone on staff has noticed a difference. No dropped calls, all commands work, parking and unparking has almost zero delay, etc. Our new VOIP system just works...as it should. And we have zero indication it will change. Phone systems are like HVAC. If done properly, you hear nothing. When it's not right you hear about it daily. I love the silence we have now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like the web interface, Crexendo VIP Mobile app, and the 24/7 customer support. One of the main reasons we chose Crexendo was that they are US based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside is if we have an ISP outage at our location we would have an interuption at our office location. What's good is that we can take our phones to another location and resume taking calls. That was one of the main reasons we went with Crexendo in 2020 during the beginning of the pandemic. Move your phone to Crexendo and take back control of your systems. I have moved 2 of my 13 locations to Crexendo so far and it's been a dream. No more phone vendors from outside. No more fax machines printing out 20+ spams a day. No more dropped calls because Mediacom, Xfinty, Cox, Spectrum, etc is having signal issues again and you have to restart everything for the 4 time today. My boss's are very old school and have resisted changing over to a VoIP system but this has won them over. Lorena and her Team were receptive to our situation, walked us through all of the steps to dissociate ourselves from our previous provider, and stayed with us from setting up the account, installing the hardware and software, and training the staff members all of the way until we were ready to adopt! I was a little surprised they use a third part for texting capabilities, as our previous company had it built in. It is understandable and it was fairly seamless (just a little time consuming) to apply for the process. But I don't blame Lorena's Team for any of that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have now had Crexendo for 3 years. I can speak for our entire office in saying we are very pleased with them. Kiloh, our Crexendo representave is extremely knowlegeable and very helpful. Renewing our service contract with Kiloh was a breeze, so easy and simple. Support staff is there anytime you have an issue, and I have to say, most of the issues I had were during the inital set up of the telephones and they were resolved quickly. There have really been no technical issues in the past three years, everything has worked as promised. I've only had simple questions in terms of can we do this? or that? Questions were always answered promptly.

The support to myslef and our staff from Ms. Carry Snell is availble, responsive and knowledgeable on the equipment and software. Her and support team offer various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely assistance when needed.. Their comprehensive implementation and training resources provided by Mr. Mark and Paul Aker is top notch! They will focus on user experience, ease of intergration and walk you through everything needed. I have had an extremely positive experience starting with the sales process and now through implementation. I have sent a variety of questions and requests to their customer support team and they replied and/or addressed my questions in a very timely manner. The system we purchased is virtually plug and play! The ease of use of all of their features almosts seems too easy making me second guess if I am overlooking something. We are still fairly new to the Crexendo platform, however, the people made this an easy decision. From the very first stages of information gathering to implementation, their response times and professionalism are wonderful. We have been with carriers before where once the sales process is done, you are just a number to them but not with Crexendo. Crexendo has been a very reliable phone platform for us to be on. Now we are going through a conversion to their new cloud system and Carly has been above and beyond helpfull in getting us all the services we need.
