Crexendo Pricing Overview

The price point for the service is possibly best on the market. I searched many different VOIP platforms, given we aren't looking for a direct integration into an agency management system, but for a working phone system that has everything we need, it's one of the best options available in the market.

NOTE: Crexendo offered a $25 Amazon GC for a review, this gift card was never received. After using the service for a few months, I realize it's not as "grand" as it seemed as day 1. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UPDATE: The mobile app is very glitchy and unstable. With a 30-50ms latency, call quality is not clear and audio does not come through leading to the mobile app not being trusted. Most employees here do not like the softphone on the computer so we are already getting people who do not want to answer their work phone when using Crexendo.

The mobile app also has a glitch where it shows each internal contact twice and took over a month to get customer service to fix it to show employees under quick dial.

Lastly, the call tree settings were a headache to set. They also don't work right where if our receptionist is on DND based on a schedule, it won't automatically skip to the next person. This leads to unnecessary ringing for the user.

This is a downside with all phone platforms but all want longer contracts (2-3 years+) to offer a more competitive rate. They would offer shorter terms but then the cost goes up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
