Out of the different Softwares I've used for taking clinical notes, I appreciate the ease of seeing my incomplete tasks in Credible. It is easy to view all past services as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process of having to schedule every task can be daunting, I've used other softwares where this isn't necessary, it may be more on my company but I'm used to a drop menu with codes I use, not every single code possible. Scrolling through hundreds is obnoxious. I wish there was an auto save when you have a page open, because they are going to crash sometimes and lots of work goes with it. It is easy to navigate to what you need. It is easy to make a referral to any department in the company. It is easy to sign and create notes and it is easy to delete those notes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this system! It is complex, confounded, and not user-friendly. It is not intuitive in the least. The company that sold this to the organization hasn't even provided enough training as promised. It is a time waster and a time consumer. One has to figure out the many steps to completing documentation. Once completed, it goes into some vault where you can't even find it again. Forget having to do a treatment plan review! It takes at least four steps forward and fifty steps back to make it all work. Nope! Not a thing I like best about any of this system. Lots of steps and lots of rabbit holes in this system. Beware! I like how the software is color coordinated and labeled with each category and subcategory (i.e. medication, emergency contact, etc.) I also like how you can see notes from previous sessions when adding a new service. One challenging aspect about Credible is navigating through the treatment plan page, as there are many different drop down boxes included in the plan. It would be helpful if the plan could be downloadable into an editable file so the provider could see all of the needs/goals/objectives/interventions in one place. Many issues and security concerns with Credible Behavioral Software. We had hopes that in time things would get better, but over the past years, especially this year, things have gotten much worse.
The system has been down multiple times, and there was no automated quick failover to a 2nd data center when issues came up on 6/19/19, even though we were told over 1 year ago there was an automated failover.
We have found and reported security issues, database issues, load balancing fallout issues, but issues persist. Examples of some of these issues includes data bleed, performance latency, and imported data showing success with correct record count only to find some of the data had not imported.
When issues arrise, and we report the issues in extreme detail, we are perplexed on why issues stay unresolved for so long. We believe Credible Behavioral Health does not have the techinical resources to truly address and fix the issues in a timely manner. My concern with it is we do have quite a few times more than we would like that the system does go down and we are pretty much stuck. sometimes it ca last 5 minutes, sometimes it can last a full 8 hour shift. very unpredictable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
