What problems is Credible by Qualifacts solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Issues unresolved impacting our staff productivity and morale
Specifically: Credible Plan, Notification Triggers, BI, and Billing
2) Released software that does not work, and could not have passed a good QA cycle
Specifically: Credible Plan, Notification Triggers, BI
3) Seems to be more driven on new sales than spending resources to fix issues
Issues (task IDs) have been open/unresolved for months (2 for over 1 year)
4) Several promises made without delivering and no follow-through
5) Extremely high-turnover of support and development staff at Credible Behavioral Health has lead to many issues not being resolved timely, and a loss of tribal knowledge for new staff to learn from.
6). Lack of professionalism from top management. When the Credible CEO was asked for details on root cause of a service outage that started on 6/19/19 in a Credible hosted Webinar he choose to not provide any details. When pressed on this by more than 1 customer (aka “partners”) on the same webinar session, he responded with anger and intimidation. Customers are left to “trust” Credible, but system issues persist.
