What do you like best about Creatio?

As a partner, I really enjoy working with a product that is so easy to learn/customize. Creatio as a company has been a great strategic partner and they listen to their partner network too (in addition to their customers) when it comes to product development. What do you dislike about Creatio?

At first a few years ago, I wasn't a big fan of the Classic UI as it looked a bit outdated for the times but with the new Freedom UI Creatio looks and feels like a next gen CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having implemented Sales Creatio as our go-to CRM solution, the level of integration and functionality it provides, especially with the BAS connectors, has truly transformed our sales process. The intuitiveness of the platform paired with these connectors allows for a seamless transition of data and processes, catering specifically to our business-as-usual needs and the unique demands of the automotive sector.

The Smarttender Connector, in particular, has been a game-changer for us. It integrates flawlessly with Sales Creatio, ensuring we stay ahead in tender management and tracking. What do you like best about Creatio?

I have worked on many projects and with various tools throughout my extensive career, and I would like to say that Creatio's CRM bundle has impressed me the most. The intuitive design of the dashboard and overall layout is very user-friendly. Because of this, my ramp-up time has reduced and a user get started with the day that much sooner. And with so many projects on the go at times, having the ability to easily tweak functionalities to cater project-specific requirements is also great and should not be underestimated. What do you like best about Creatio?

The great customer support is the highlight of Creatio for me. The fast response times, coupled with a knowledgeable support team, ensures that any questions or issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Creatio is a critical part of our day to day business operations. It is used heavily by our team and it is vital that it is always availble and working as intended. The reliability of Creatio is so pivital and they excel at this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

The upgrades that Creatio make have a mixed benefit. While it means there are lots of new features and functionality, things we put in place a long time ago are possibly no longer the best implementation. This results in either using an outdated implentation or spending the time to update what we have in place. Just about everything flows well between versions in terms of interoperability though. What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Management of support tickets. Integration with thrid party APIs to help streamline our processes. It acts as our customer database and is a key part of our record keeping system. Our support and service teams deal with a large flow of emails and everything moves through Creatio. It would be impossible to control everything without it.
