What do you like best about Creatio?

Adaptability. The program has sufficient flexibility to meet our fairly unique business processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

Response time. There is often a lag time in modules initializing. I am concerned about what will happen when our entire database goes live. I am also concerned about backup of our modifications. Both BPM and my staff have invested much effort into our implementation and i would hate to see it disappear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Creatio:

Give it a try. I dislike competing products dependence on third party vendors to adapt to your needs. It creates an unhealthy reliance on a small and often unstable vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creatio?

The development and customization is so simple with No-code. We were developing our own CRM in the house, however, it was taking a lot of time and efforts of the whole team. With Creatio we were able to go live in several months and yet have the ability to customize it fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

As a designer, I wanted to implement custom branding UI, however, it is not available for all plans and we were not able to this with basic plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Creatio?

Creatio has many valuable and interesting features, including the agility to create processes quickly and simply without having to program, which accelerates the adoption of technology in all areas of the organization. Additionally, it can integrate with API services and many standard market platforms. It also has the ability to define dashboards with indicators natively without the need for development, just using existing components. It also has an excellent CRM that complements the BPMN processes and the 360 view of the customer. All this streamlines the implementation and adoption process. What do you dislike about Creatio?

So far, we have not found any features that are missing or that we do not like. I could mention that the process of promoting applications between environments, depending on their level of complexity, can generate errors at the time of implementation, but the support team is always available to help us resolve any issues. What do you like best about Creatio?

The system is very powerful and gives lots of possibilities to customize even when you do not have developer's experience. Powerful marketing suite with flexible workflows. The continuously enhanced AI capabilities are a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

I'd like even more features to be available with no-code, e.g. even more advanced business rules. But from what I know this is coming and the Freedom UI will keep improving. It already offers a so many new features. In general, I think it'd be great to have a comparison page where we can search for a feature available in Classic UI and check if it's already in Freedom UI or when it's planned to add it. What do you like best about Creatio?

It is truly valuable to have all data for Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales departments in one place, as it provides a full overview of all client interactions and a comprehensive understanding of the situation. I also appreciate the ability to customize the platform with no-code tools, making it easy to implement changes, create dashboards. What do you dislike about Creatio?

What do you like best about Creatio?

In order to use the platform to support our sales process, our organization has required quite a bit of customization. Creatio has proven to be the partner for us by accommodating and customizing our sales process where needed. It has been a very pleasant experience to work with our Customer Service Manager, very impressed with the high level of support and understanding of our business in a short time.

The platform is user friendly with a great user interface, easy to navigate and the training provided is extensive. Creatio offers a wide selection of Apps in their marketplace to integrate with the platform, therefore creating great opportunity for expanding the functionality.

Though our sales team has only just started to adopt the platform into their daily routines, we foresee a long-term relationship with Creatio, improving our sales process, lead management and marketing campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Creatio?

Hoping for ways to upload individual contacts from phone or outlook instead of full synchronization. This would make data entry more efficient, instead of entering a contact in cell phone and then in Creatio. Our team works from their cell phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A user can easily define flow and automate their daily repeated work.

Automated emails, notification, conditional approval are easily configurable.

Track changes of records can e maintained.
