CrashPlan is the gold standard for cloud backup.
It can be deployed silently to all my endpoints, is very easy to use (both the app and the web admin console).

It's great for residentials customers needing a significant amount of storage space. Additionally, you are allowed to backup external devices such as thumb drives, disk drives etc. It's our go to for reliable and cost effective backups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Restores tend to take a while, therefore, don't expect a fast recovery rate. I really wish Crashplan allows a full image backup, not just file based backup, this would take crashplan to the next level with Bare Metal Recovery.
