CPACharge Pros and Cons

CPAcharge is very user friendly and was easy to figure out when I first started. Their tracking solutions are very reliable when trying to find out history on charges. I also like that their customer service is top notch, they go out of their way to make sure you are questions are fully answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Least helpful is that it is too expensive to add the feature for putting charges of $10,000 or more though. If we were easily able to charge up to $30,000 with EFT that would be ideal. Also we wish this was connected to a proposal or engagement letter process. We are having trouble keeping up with all that we have to do for our business and are looking for a payment processor that is connected to our engagement letter process. The ease of use and simplicity. It was really easy to implement in my firm and the customer support was great when I asked them for anything I needed. I use CPA Charge daily to check on my billing and see if I need to change anything. They are consistently adding new features and it integrates well with TaxDome which I use for all of my clients. I like CPA Charge the best of all payment processors -yes, I would recommend them. They provide clear information and reports and pay out quickly. CPACharge is amazing when it comes to invoicing and shceduling recurring payments for our clients. We are able to keep better track of our invoices coming in and invoices going out. It has made setting up payment plans for our clients easy. It has been easy to implement and train our staff. The customer service and the resources avaulable have been extremely helpful.
