The traceability of maintenance activities is achieved in a timely and reliable manner, reducing execution times. 100% Paperless and usable on any device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When implementing additional applications with customized in-house developments, more proactivity is needed to inform new initiatives to improve or evolve the final product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cotalker solving and how is that benefiting you?

In the past, when there was an operational failure at the sailing point, the operator had to notify at Call Centre by phone so that it could generate the maintenance notification. Now, the operator is part of the platform and can report their incidents immediately. The contractor who solves the problem is notified instantly and can attend to the fault more quickly. The interface is easy to use and best of all, it allows you to have communication in the field even when you are offline and resume loading all the information once you reconnect to the internet.
