It will proactively email alerts to you, and their team can also take action on your behalf if you prefer that. The best thing is their Customer Success team. You get a dedicated person who works to help implement and will also support your end users in setting the system up if you prefer a white-glove treatment or don't have a deep team to manage deployment. We have been incredibly pleased with Madi Fittanto, who always exceeds expectations. While this is not the traditional system you spend thousands annually on, it's an incredible value and perfectly meets our needs for compliance with our cybersecurity insurance policy. **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** The only downside is the simplicity (best-selling point). The support engineers provide full logs or other hardware information, like network MAC addresses. **What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coro ensures we have a fully managed EDR system, so we are compliant with the requirements of our cybersecurity insurance policy. It is very intuitive and gives me the options to either review every issue or let Coro's agents help out. This has given me a lot more control and insight into what is going on over our network. The steps for implementation were very well laid and the only hiccup I had was in missing a step. Coro was very helpful in helping me to find my misstep. We are a m365 business and the system incorporated with it quite seamlessly. At first, I was getting tickets everyday about issues I needed to address but as time went on and problems were identified and dealt with, I found that I was having to do less and less maintenance. **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** The only downsides that I have found with Coro is that I do still have a couple of other vendors I have to maintain, one for our firewall and one for our server backup. (anyone that is using office 365 knows the admin console is very clunky to get around in) There have been a couple improvements in the dashboard and they are moving towards a very intuitive platform that will be extrememly easy to use **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** It appears to be a little particular about the version of outlook for the coro add-in so the end users can let the admin know what they think of the flagged e-mails. This is still an issue. **What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it tremendously easier to white list or blacklist e-mails individual addresses or whole domains. it also is constantly looking for other threats such as credit card numbers inside e-mail bodies to try and mitigate risks. we are also using the endpoint protection in conjunction with our WEBROOT. it really seems to strengthen or cybersecurity no issues so far **Official Response from Josh K:** > Thanks for your review, Lee! Coro runs in the background of all of our Macs and doesn't bloat the OS or slow us down. We're able to deploy the Coro agent through Mosyle to all of our Macs with ease making integration with our tech stack pretty painless. When we need to get some help or have a question answered, both the support team and our account rep are extremely responsive. **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** The only thing I can say I dislike is how Coro handles spam filtration. It would be nice if you could approve a message from quarantine directly from the email with a single click, but you still have to log into the admin portal and approve it from there. Kind of annoying, but not the end of the world either. They are also always willing to listen to the customers in creating new features that further streamline our security processes. **What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?** The cost was a little higher than other competitors **What problems is Coro Cybersecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coro helped us solve many things, however the most helpful were malicious email detection along with prevention of hackers when trying to get into critical user accounts. This helped us a lot as our previous security provider provided minimal support for these issues. **Official Response from Y.
