I love the ease of uploading content, creating learning events, scheduling sessions, and updating those sessions if needed. This is something that our team uses pretty much every day from compliance training to continuing education needs. Integration of some apps has been harder than we thought—for example, getting Zoom links and Google Calendar aligned with the automated emails the system sends to users who enroll in sessions. I love CSOD's user interface and design. I love their vision for the future. Their Team members are very supportive. I highly recommend attending Regional User Groups (RUGs), Connect Live Events, and Office hours. And don't forget CSOD Champions and Support Central - Get your CSOD Certification! Go CSOD! 1. It would be great to have ability to chose at the learning object level whether or not mark complete is needed or if completion is mark automatically, but only if user gets to end.

I love how Cornerstone Learning makes the admininistrative side of the platform easy to use. There are so many configuration settings to play with and security roles and permissions are easy to implement. Very user-friendly Reporting 2.0 feature. Very customizable. Has a layer of LXP which reduce the work for connecting LXP and LMS. Has Skill/Capabilities which can directly link to employee performance, and career/professional development, customizable emails, build-in simple dashboard, very detailed (and complex) permission and role system. From time to time we may run into some weird issues (e.g. some eLearning courses can not be launched by a very small group of people, regardless of PC/Mac platform), VILT sessions marking attendance issue, different system admin experience between PC and Mac users, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great support from Cornerstone SME's! Our primary point person with Cornerstone is always willing to help us learn, and implement new functions with in Cornerstone Learning. We have made huge improvements in efficiencies within the past year alone, that is saving me hours of time to work on imprving the customer experience on my end!
