Conviva is a mature product pretty easy to use, with multiple features that can cover tha majority of use cases, it allows to deep dive and to perform real time monitoring or analysis based on trends, so it will become your main tool for all the activities related operation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Conviva Operational Data Platform?

Cost is high compared to other products and because it's a big company features requests are slow to be completed or considered. Customer support sometimes is not the best Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
