1- They have nice automated flows built it.
2- In addition to abilty to send WA campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1- Firstly, they don't have an application. Any new notifications from customers will be waiting for you to refresh from the browser, causing delays in customer support.
2- The conversation in WhatsApp is extremely glitchy and not automated. Even when you open the browser, you need to keep refreshing.
3- They claimed to be well-integrated with the Judgeme app and capable of sending WhatsApp messages to collect reviews. However, the link they send does not work, and when you contact their support, they are unhelpful.
4- They abruptly changed the pricing for WhatsApp conversations, even though my subscription ends at the end of the month. They suddenly stopped me from accessing my conversations just because they changed their pricing tiers.
5- This app is complete garbage. Don't fall into this trap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
