Here are the three things I like the most about ConvergeHub: 1) The software is feature rich, many of which I expected to see in more expensive tools. 2) The support is excellent - probably the best in class. In fact, they surprised me with the fast response. 3) The price is much more afforable than other similar tools. Thus, from a value perspective, this tool is excellent. There is not much I dislike. I would like to see some of the reports that I am used to in the existing tool. But to be fair, we are still in the learning mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the most impressive aspects of the platform is the high level of customisability - it's very easy to quickly create beautiful dashboards ('dashlets') that track the key metrics that matter to you

It is an excellent ally in the management of all processes that involve sales, billing and customer management since in a fairly easy way it allows me to have better control in all the areas that I mention, not to mention that it also has assistance functions for the digital marketing of our company which is a great plus, since not all applications have as many functions as ConvergeHub, its price has been a great, great attraction when making the decision about acquiring it or not, since It is a much more accessible price than other similar applications and offers essentially exactly the same, with the only difference that ConvergeHub is much more accessible to users in economic matters, learning is something quite accelerated, there is no learning curve since from the first moment your knowledge grows at an accelerated rate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is difficult to contact, it can literally turn into a stone in the shoe if we are presented with a major inconvenience since they take too long to respond to the problems that arise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like all of the options that I have and that I can now stop using so many different softwares for the same result as being able to use my CRM to bring in leads. This is huge for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A very functional CRM - especially for the price. It provides our growing company the ability to improve our sales and customer interaction process, without going into debt like with other CRMs we considered. What I like about ConvergeHub is that I now have a single platform to manage everything about my Customers, Marketing and Sales Campaigns,Servicing (Tickets), Billing,Documents Library, and much more about my Business. They even have a very comprehensive Report Builder for exporting all data inside my Convergehub platform. The platform is very easy to use and comes with built in integrations for automating flow of data from other platforms into Convergehub.
Furthermore, there are a lot of native integrations that are already available for integration with the Convergehub platform like Mailchimp, Onedrive, Twillio, Docusign, Typeform, Box, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe the least liked feature of Convergehub for me is their Mobile app, as it looks very outdated. Although you can always use the convergehub web app in your mobile or tablet.
Likewise for the servicing module, it is not as comprehensive as dedicated support desk platforms.

Straight forward. It's ux isn't fancy or that modern but it is very clear where things are and what they do. I use two other CRM's and this one is easily the most straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've just started using ConvergeHub, and I like what I've seen so far. The Piesync & Zapier integrations work very well. They allow us to sync data between ConvergeHub and the rest of our tool stack. ConvergeHub itself is incredibly feature-rich, I have only had an opportunity to delve into the CRM & Marketing tools. I'm impressed with how robust this platform is in comparison to other tools I've used. ConvergeHub is lightning-fast, and the Hubs (CRM, Marketing, etc.) work well with each other.
