What do you like best about ConvergeHub?

What do you like best about ConvergeHub?

The flexibility of the system. The user interface and the ease of use. It is almost intuitive when you set up the CRM as to how you want it. We took on an estate agent CRM system for one of our businesses. It was 'clunky' and almost painful to use it - within a few days we mapped Converge Hub to do want we wanted and the results have been fantastic.

Having used everything from Filefinder, Maximiser, Oracle, Microsoft, Vtiger, Sugar CRM, Capsule, Infusionsoft to name but a few, Converge Hub is a 'Breeze'.

In another of our businesses we use KEAP to manage a camping and caravaning business, we are now moving to Converge Hub to the level of automation we need. This purely because of ease of use and integration into the business.

A lot of CRM systems fail to integrate many elements that are needed to communicate with potential customers and leave you looking for other third-party solutions - bolt-on systems that don't integrate well. What do you like best about ConvergeHub?

What I like most about ConvergeHub is getting the best value for my money; Especially as compared to other offerings such as Salesforce or HubSpot. You just can't beat the value proposition ConvergeHub offers.

Sales, Marketing, Service and Billing all in one platform. In my use case, ConvergeHub also provides a seamless integration with both my Quickbooks and Phone System. What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?

As others have mentioned, the UX UI need some more development efforts but in all honesty, it's workable and we expect to see major improvements over the next few sprints.

What do you like best about ConvergeHub?

ConvergeHub can be easily customized and supports a large number of third party apps allowing me to use it as per my needs.

I especially like the automation features available under the Tools section. I have not yet fully explored it but look forward to implementing it soon.

What do you like best about ConvergeHub?

More than any other CRM, ConvergeHub has thought of almost any use case you could throw at it. From being able to create marketing campaigns directly in the CRM, to having a knowledge base and support ticket functionality to quickly and easily answer potential leads questions before they hop onto a call with you (or after if they weren't aware). While giving ConvergeHub a fair shake I was exceedingly impressed and surprised with its functionality.

After using the free Hubspot for as long as I could bear it, I'd been searching for a more robust CRM to help scale my businesses sales. Finding ConvergeHub was like finding a diamond in the rough. It had all the functionality I needed and some I hadn't thought. The ability to integrate with a lot of my other tools, like my fax service has helped greatly in some rare instances. What do you like best about ConvergeHub?

At first i was skeptical, i looked into their trial and immediately enjoyed their breaths of serves that they offer. I can seriously take my current operations to the next level with their platform. what i love most of the centralization of it all. i spoke to them regarding their UI/UX (the looks) and they have a roadmap showing me how they will grow and when should i expect growth. this gives me comfort knowing that i get more value for what i currently pay.

i currently dislike how it looks, but it will be changed soon. Also, training material can be improved but that will occur overtime. On-boarding options of varying levels would also be nice. direct API to Canva and stock footage would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConvergeHub?

The personalized service shows care and thought and is probably one of the things I look for before investing in new software. It’s great to have multiple things built into one solution. I like being able to customize the product to suit my needs. Sometimes I feel like Salesforce is overkill so it’s nice to have a solution for clients who are tight on budget. What do you dislike about ConvergeHub?

It’s not for everyone. If you’re reliant on certain add-ons/extensions that are only available in Salesforce, then they may or may not have something similar built here. I think you can always bring it up with the ConvergeHub team and they can work with you to come up with a solution. If I’m being nit-picky, it’s not the sexiest thing out there in terms of having a modern, sleek UI, but it’s powerful, intuitive, and gets the job done, which is the most important part. This company is on the right track so it’s good to get in early to help guide the product towards a place you want it to be. Again, it’s not for everyone, but if you’re looking for a good alternative to Salesforce, but can’t afford Salesforce pricing, this could be a worthwhile option. I’m looking for an all-in-one CRM+marketing automation+ support system that can get the job done for clients who are looking to get something powerful but with less (budget). I was an early (AS) supporter so I was able to get access to ConvergeHub at a special one-time rate, allowing me to save drastically compared to paying full price for a Salesforce subscription. Here are the three things I like the most about ConvergeHub: 1) The software is feature rich, many of which I expected to see in more expensive tools. 2) The support is excellent - probably the best in class. In fact, they surprised me with the fast response. 3) The price is much more afforable than other similar tools. Thus, from a value perspective, this tool is excellent.
