Easy to use, rapid installation, data model and support for contract management, board meetings and e-signing all in one. The roll out was straight forward: the user interface was easy to understand and did not require long sessions on usage. The biggest benefits for us are the alerts on contracts requiring review or activity and the speed of e-signing once agreement has been reached. Usually the power user needs to be someone from top management since the data "eyes only" and that sometimes creates usability issues and lack of knowledge when people are using the contract archive part and asks questions related to data and access management.
