We were looking for a simple to use and affordable contract management system to consolidate all of our contracts. Historically, contracts were stored in several different locations and needed to be easily accessible and consolidated by certain teams such as finance and legal. There are many tools that will allow you to do a week trial, and i highlight recommend it. As soon as you get in there, you should be able to tell if the tool will work or not. I knew that Dubsado wouldn't let me have contract status without going thru their whole workflow, I couldn't figure out Agiloft (sp?), and Hubspot had Deal status but not contract status specifically. - organization of contracts in progress (couldn't get this to work in ZOHO, DUBSADO, HUBSPOT) instead of me maintaining a spreadsheet on the shared drive

- tracking statuses (sales people want to know, and I would forget about contracts that i had sent out weeks ago)

As our business was expanding we were looking for a tool to help manage our start and end dates more effectively. Originally we were working off a spreadsheet and manually managing these dates. We have no longer missed any expiration dates and it has saved us a lot of time checking spreadsheets since the notifications are sent directly to managers of the specific contracts. We did extensive evaluations, demos, and trials of several contract management systems before choosing ContractSafe and I feel we made exactly the right choice. The owners are always willing to listen to feedback and give support, which has been hugely helpful as we got started with the product. We found other systems to be very difficult to set up and extremely slow to upload. The notification system is perfect for our needs and the automatic OCR is also very useful.

this is one of the best solution for all industries. One can easily obtain the necessary info once imputed into the Contract safe software. This liberate the traditional paper admin work to a cyber solution, so that all the concerning colleagues can reach to the info without geographic and chronological obstacle. Concerning colleagues can easily figure out the expiring date and the pre-set alarm will facilitate the legals to meet the deadline. Also this reminder liberate one or more colleagues to inform concerning parties about the renewal/ termination of the following period. I will come back later to the benefits realized.
