I love how easy ContractSafe is to use, and how it keeps evolving with new features like AI contract review and analysis, and lifecycle tracking. The ability to find documents immediately, using basic searches or various filters, even for new team members with zero prior training, sets ContractSafe apart from other CLMs I've managed. The platform has always been extremely user-friendly, and the support team is exceptional. The ability to chat with a live representative instantly at almost any time of day and receive friendly, responsive help is invaluable. They are always receptive our customer feedback, questions and suggestions, and thorough in following up to resolve issues. Features like automatic stage tracking, integrated two-way e-signature, and flexible playbooks for contract review have been huge improvements. The integration with Word, version control, and automated reminders and notifications make managing contracts so much simpler and faster. Our business partners appreciate the level of detail they are able to see in scheduled reporting emails from ContractSafe. We also appreciate the ability to save unlimited attachments of all file types to a contract record. When I had to export our database for an audit, the export was clean, quick and easy. There are a couple of areas that could be improved, like being able to filter or opt out of email notifications for certain users, and having more granular tracking/reporting on who last edited or updated a contract or field. Also, it would be helpful to have scheduled tracking reports and more customization options for notifications and dashboards, but the ContractSafe expressed openness to adding these features in the future. The best thing about ContractSafe is that it has enabled my team to stay organised during times of pressure. It is very easy to forget about the things with numerous agreements and deadlines, and with everything recorded and getting reminders there is nothing that gets missed. ContractSafe has a disadvantage in that it can be a limiting customization of contract information. When we implemented non standard agreements, we needed to come up with other means of incorporating additional information. This at times makes it difficult to trace and involves a greater level of manual effort. Although it does not disrupt the workflow, it causes small inefficiencies when working with unique types of contracts that do not match the default structure. I like ContractSafe as it provides us with the panoramic view of all our contracts and we can more easily prioritize and plan in advance. Everything is updated with automatic document capture of emails and storage systems. By having to use it every day, we will not have to miss deadlines and forget about some important provisions. Such features as tagging, search, and alerts enable the colleagues to find the necessary information quickly and make the appropriate decisions without using memory and having to write down some notes. I do not like that some of the features, such as filtering large volumes of contracts or multiple entries at the same time, are not as malleable as they might be. The establishment of importing old contracts had to be done with much care in order to not make any mistakes. The use of the system on a daily basis will result in mismatched or lost files that will need manual adjustment. I find that the best part of ContractSafe is that my contract library is now well organized. I apply it quite often, particularly when I am required to revise the older terms. I connected it to Google Drive and the integration holds it all at a single place. It is not overwhelming with its features, which I require to control. The aspect that I have difficulty with is that certain functions are restrictive. To fill more large batches of documents, I realize that the absence of deeper features slows me down. It interferes with my work primarily when I am attempting to clean up older contracts since I end up doing more handwork. The best thing about ContractSafe is the fact that it leads to improved decision making. By having contracts that are simple to read and comprehend, I will be able to answer questions of legal or vendor nature faster. This has minimized forward and backward email messages and unwarranted follow up. My day to day activities become more concentration oriented since I am not bothered by seeking or trying to guess the details. My biggest disappointment with ContractSafe is that better version comparison tools were absent. I actually tend to check amendments frequently, and it is very tiresome to be sure what is modified. Access control may also be more accommodating particularly to temporary users. These problems drag down the teamwork and make the reviews more manual than I would wish. What I like most about ContractSafe is that it prevents the buildup of our contract work at high times. The sheer amount of features is not overwhelming and what we do not need, and with my very high usage rate, it seems stable day by day. It was a quick and successful implementation that enabled our team to acclimatize within a short time and thus made dealing with contracts less stressful in general. What aggravates me is the fact that sometimes some steps in the implementation process are very slow when we are changing our internal structure. It has the effect of stalling projects that are expected to proceed fast. The increased number of features sometimes complicates the process of locating things and introduces extra processes. The thing that I like the most about ContractSafe is that it remains simple. It has a good ease of use, and I am able to do so on many occasions in a day, therefore, the frequency of use is natural in my work. The fact that it is integrated with Google Workspace is a great addition as well since it keeps everybody working on the same files. It has streamlined and made our contract flow more predictable. It annoys me that ContractSafe does not support bulk actions. The simplicity is acceptable in the daily working activities, but the fewer features are felt when the workload increases. These bottlenecks accumulate as I use them quite frequently. I am a very big fan of the fact that ContractSafe brings all of our important vendor agreements in a single place of access. It has simplified the process of accessing any document at short notice to make reviews whenever it is time to conduct audits or during the time of renewal negotiations. The search feature is usually easy to use, but I have noticed that it can be enhanced. It happens that it may be necessary to search using several different keywords before certain clause is found. Ease of Use & User-Friendly Interface: The platform is very intuitive and very little training is required. Getting up and running happened in days, not weeks or months like some systems.

Excellent Customer Support: Being able to speak with a real person, with no tickets or hidden support fees is a HUGE bonus compared to others.

Robust Contract Repository & Search: The platform serves as a secure, centralized location for all contracts which means, based on user permissions, anyone in the company can find what they need. The search functionality, which uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to make even scanned documents searchable is super easy, similar to a "Google-like" search.

Automated Alerts and Reminders: The ability to easily set automated email reminders for key dates like renewals and expirations helps prevent missed deadlines and costly auto-renewals.

Limited AI and OCR Accuracy: While the OCR is a pro, some of our users find the AI capabilities for data extraction to be less than perfect, often requiring manual updates for accuracy. As a new user, I found it a bit difficult to navigate at first. Some actions (like uploading or editing metadata) weren’t as intuitive as I expected, and I had to spend time figuring things out or checking the help documentation.
