I liked ContractSafe from the start. It's incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Some recent improvements are game-changers for me. Often our clients send me parts of policies in separate files. I can now upload the main contract and attach all other related documents. And that's not even the best part. I can then download the policy and all related documents as ONE FILE. Genius! This has been a huge time-saver, and it keeps everything all nice and tidy. ContractSafe has a fan in me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

its easy to use. i gets all notifications about the contracts. also, all of my contracts are at the same place. IT IS A GREAT TOOL TO COMBINE BUSINESS CONTRACTS AT ONE PLACE. HAVING A CONTRACT SAFE IN OUR BUSINESS, I have managed our key management personals to see the business contract at any time. also, most importantly is we can see the value of the contract and understand what is the commitment business have with vendors. getting a reminder on contract completion, helps us a lot to start doing negotiation or tendering process faster. although, the premium is very high. if I have a multiple product contract under the main contract at different expiry dates, it gets bit harder to organise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Where to start? The customizable view means that each user can see only the contract data relevant to them. The fact that the price is fixed irrespective of the number of users means I can deploy it across my organization and democratize contract information, without compromising confidentiality. The fact that contracts are assigned unique IDs and can only be uploaded through an actual document means no fictitious contracts can make their way into the database and our organization has a single reference per contract that can be used in various systems (billing, HR, etc). The customizable fields means we can track any type of data per contract relevant to us, making the database a single point of call for all contract data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed of loading a contract is not yet where we'd like to see it; large contracts need to be downloaded in order to quickly scroll through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customization. Able to set up custom reminders as needed for different contracts. Able to set up dummy contract for time card submission reminders. Would like to be able to store attachments to contracts without upgrading to the more expensive package. Currently using the Entrepreneur package and if this feature of attaching related documents to the contract for storage was included, my recommendation would be a 10 rather than 7. There's limited ability to automatically filter documents between Docusign and ContractSafe, such that signed docs are populated automatically to the correct folders in ContractSafe. CS has offered to work with us on this, though, so as I noted in what I like best- they are true partners.
As well- I'm looking forward to the ability to edit/tag/move contracts on mass- which I hear is in the works! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That i can not do some tasks i was able to do in MediTract system. I would love to be able to populate old contracts in a different way. I would also like if you could do yearly needs that automatically get sent out without having to recreate them every time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
