I love how easy it is to use and really like how we can automate our templates with intake forms. The KLOs are also really helpful to quickly pull any important language. Migrating a legacy platform over is cumbersome and could be a little more structured but the teams overseeing the data are thorough. Reporting is an area that could use some development as end users have a difficult time leveraging what is available and system administrators don't have a lot of control over what is provided out of the box.
