I'm still a fan of the seamlessness and flow and ease in following prompts for trainings with Stitch Fix! This greatly impacts my work in letting me know how far I've gotten in training.

There aren't many negative drawbacks I have with using Continu. Keep up the great work!

I think Continu is solving the problem of online training. I think it benefits me in that I get an intergrated approach to the way that I learn about new tasks and procedures.

Platform is engaging and easy to use. Great automation features, reporting, and customization available.

When someone is completing an assessment that requires a written answer, they are not able to move forward with the remaining questions until their written answer has been graded. This can cause delays with training if the grader isn't immediately available.

The sign-up process was a bit difficult, but once I figured it all out, it was easy to follow and do what I needed to do. This is definitely something that can be worked on.

Continu has excellent search and indexing features, and makes it easy to assign modules or learning tracks and monitor team completion. Its creation tools are also streamlined and easy, with the live preview as you’re editing ensuring revisions for formatting are few to none.

The collaboration feature on the creation side needs some work; nobody on our team can quite figure it out.

The inability to change the UI to dark mode. The small size of the content window, I would love to see the ability to resize the content so I can read more on the screen

Navigation on the site is massively annoying, having to click three to four different times just to navigate to a course is frustrating and makes them hard to find

I enjoy the ease of use and intuity of the website. Everything is easy to navigate and I never have issues loading videos or quizes.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

While I enjoy the simple UI, I would like to see a bit more color or a more present theme throughout the website, rather than just text on a white screen.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu is bridging the gap between sales associates and product knowledge. They make it super easy for anyone to login and start learning about a product and how it will benefit potential customers. For me, the GoPro module has helped imensely in being able to accurately describe all of the features and accessories of their products. Because of this, I've been able to build trust and reliability with my customers through educating them on the cameras. It's really great to see significant results from the training available through Continu. I definitely plan on using this site for other products in the future.

Display feels a bit corporate and cold, could be a more inviting interface.  Sometimes the modules on the checklist are hard to find, need to navigate to the dashboard.

It was a handy training tool, when I first hopped onto my current remote job. Not only did it have everything I needed already, but it was easy to go back after training and review things that I needed a touch up on it.

Nothing I can think of. It's straightforward to use, and didn't have any issues regarding Continu. It's a great service and there isn't much more I can say but that.

Nothing that I can think of, I haven't used it for that long, but I also haven't encountered any issues. I would say that a dark mode would be nice, but that's nothing too serious and not an actual problem,

Using Continu was easy and convenient. There was no trouble understanding the system. It was straight-forward and direct.

I was not always able to see what answers I got wrong on a quiz/knowledge check, which made it more difficult for me to correct my answers and improve my score.

Love that work info and training materials are houses in one spot and easily accessible to everyone. Great for new hires but also for tenured employees.

Continu puts important trainings all in one spot. It's easy for my direct reports to keep track of their required trainings but also gives them the ability to have a place to go for career development/advice or just further training they may find of value to them. It is also helpful for me to have a place to keep track of their progress but also gives me a place to further my own leadership skills.

Continu is customizable, so I appreciate that it matches our company branding and presentation style. It is very easy to navigate and offers SSO so it's always easy to access my account. The interface is also quite intuitive and clean. It's also brilliant to allow different playback speeds so watching each video doesn't have to take as long as when watching at normal speed!

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

I would prefer it if I were able to customize my experience more—like using a background image in gmail—but it's a minor point as the interface is very simple.

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my company to keep LMS content as well as an internal monthly newsletter organized clearly so all employees have 24/7 access. I'm able to easily reference these things when needed, without having to search through emails or Google Drive folders.

**What do you like best about Continu?**

We have been using Continu as our LMS and intranet for over three years now. After researching many similar tools, we settled on Continu because it checked most of our boxes.
We like the customizable branding option, which makes the interface feel like ours. It's easy to add external content, such as YouTube videos, or create internal documents when needed.
We also use it for Workshops and learning tracks, providing a variety of resources that are easy to access for the whole team; ensuring high levels of engagement.
Recently, we have added internal training, and managers can have access to assign content and track completion, allowing them to have more visibility about their team’s needs and interests.
During our time with Continu, the tools launched many new features and improvements, making the admin experience easier and faster when creating, managing, and sorting content. They have also included integrations with popular third-party applications.
Overall, it is a really easy-to-use tool that allows you to create, manage, and assign content seamlessly.
Continu's Customer Support is stellar. The platform is really stable, but when we need help or support, their response time and availability are so efficient.

**What do you dislike about Continu?**

As we have created so much content, we notice we need more ways to navigate and create reports for specific pieces that our current reporting abilities might not include.
But this is not a deal breaker since we can always find ways to get the insights using the existing reporting capabilities

**What problems is Continu solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Continu helps us to centralize content and engage our team with internal process documentation, trainings and general information.
Also provides a starting point for managers to get insights about their team's areas of interest and learning initiatives.
