I love the ability to customize how we want it synced with the rules engine. Overall great program and easy to setup and use. We use it multiple times a day to sync our ecommerce orders. Customer support is amazing. We had an issue with our orders not syncing the way we wanted it to and Jase with Connex Support worked with us to make sure we got it to work exactly the way we wanted it to! Connex is great for syncing our Shopify web orders to our accounting software so we have a clean and organized space for all our orders. The customer support team (shoutout Jase!) was super helpful in getting our connection working with all the rules in place that we needed for our specific business needs. This is the best syncing tool around to get data from an ecommerce store into Quickbooks. We use Connex for reporting as well and the features have been exceptional with a nice modern user interface. We have been a customer of Connex since 2017 when our previous vendor went out of business. We had done a lot of research on replacement vendors and Connex was the only one that had nearly every feature we needed. Over the past 6+ years we've been using them, Connex has been receptive to all support requests and even added additional features that were necessary for us to grow when we had to change vendors. Having been a customer for so long we have seen a lot of innovation by Connex as they continue to create new solutions that grow with us that we leverage every day. There have been a few few changes to their support models and pricing, but we feel that after each change things have been better overall! Connex has added more talented engineers to assist with issues and these teams are even more responsive now! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is terrible. Last week we discovered it wasn't syncing. Got the answer "try manual sync". No luck. Then "oh we switched to a new platform and you weren't ported over - try again". No luck. Now they say "oh - have to escalate to tier 2 - pay us an extra $500 and we will figure out why our terrible software isn't working? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We could never get it to work correctly. Since last June, we were trying to sync the Amazon settlement report as a summary sale. I worked on it for a while in June, contacting support (which is incredibly difficult), and it never got resolved. Fast forward to this year. I deleted everything and started from scratch, and after getting everything set up, instead of putting in one sales receipt for a settlement, it added hundreds of duplicate sales receipts. When I contacted support, she said she could see what was wrong and that she would contact the developer to fix it. I never heard back that it was fixed, and upon discovering over 350 sales receipts, I gave up and canceled the account. I didn't want to spend many more hours cleaning up the mess it made. The interface didn't work properly, either... I was unable to delete the logs, which is very annoying when trying to troubleshoot.
Another reason we got this software was to manually load historical data, using the XML files that are downloaded from Seller Central. We could not get that to work, either.
I wish we could get our money back as the system didn't work from day 1, despite trying many times to get everything set up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform works well. It integrates with amazon, woocommerce, shopify, and quickbooks. There are also several tools to import old orders and make it all work seamlessly in Quickbooks — even though it still takes you a long time to process all the orders once they are there. Their customer experience has to be the worst ever. I have been with them for years when they suddenly tripled the cost without any warning. They just, one day, started charging $129 when it used to be $49. And then, only a month later, I got an email from the CEO telling me that even though I am now paying triple, my services are getting downgraded automatically from what I purchased. Not only will they be automatically downgraded, but I have no choice in the matter. And if I want the expanded services (which I thought I was already paying for), they would charge something like $1800 more? So the price for my services has suddenly and without warning gone up 500% from $49/month to $249/month. All this for a system that has no support phone number and makes you wait for days before they get back to you. No thanks. This company is nothing but corporate greed compiled with poor communication and desperate money grabs. PLEASE look for another tool, or you WILL regret it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We really like the time we've saved syncing Quickbooks Online to ShipStation, though that was not a smooth process when we first signed up for the software. The web interface and dashboard have improved greatly over the past year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
All human interactions with Connex have been poor. From sales incorrectly identifying what we needed and then double charging us and then refunding us, it was a mess. Then, there was the arrogance of the engineer who should not be allowed to speak to customers. We had an issue where the shipping box on QBO wasn't working well when syncing to ShipStation and it was charging us tax on shipping and throwing our books off. This was a huge headache and the people at Connex offered no makegood for the inconvenience. They seem very short-sighted when it comes to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
