I wish the layers of fiber on the map were more easily 'clickable' when viewing a densely populated area. This may not be an easy fix as there is so much fiber in high traffic areas but being able to see All competitors on one location would be easier to view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have done a great job getting a large group of my peers into your ecosystem which makes my job easier as I have many of the people I talk to all in the same place. Your system is still wonky. I have flat files sent to Windstream who is not a Connect Base user and they consistently find errors from file to file. I am almost tempted to have them taken off the list. But this last trouble ticket I noticed that a steady stream of communication went back and forth trying to fix the issue.
