In my case, there are a few things I like about Conga Composer especially because of the fact that they can merge documents directly from Salesforce. I use it to type contracts and proposals which has minimized mistakes and the time taken to do the work since the program formats the documents to look professional. It is especially easy to use when dealing with a lot of data and being able to compile presentable and professional documents has been a significant added advantage. The only thing that I find uncomfortable in Conga Composer is how somehow challenging the process of customizing templates could be especially when one is initializing the program. The steps taken to set up the device do not include any clear instructions, which may be frustrating for some users. However, when dealing with big data, the software may slow down, and this slows down document generation. Some of these have sometimes interfered with my productivity and caused me some frustration. It is very compatibale with CRM systems. I am using Conga with Salesforce and it is integrated very well. Also they provide end to end support which is really helpful. While conga is really flexible it has a super high learning curve. The UX is still in classic and is quite clunky, however, the good news is I haven't had to learn how to reuse it over the years.
