What I like most about Conga Composer is the ease with which it creates the documents and the reports. It fits well with Salesforce as is a big plus as we can fetch data from there straight and fill in templates that are tailored to our needs with no effort. It has been helpful for us as it takes a lot of time for preparing contracts, invoices and providing proposals. The biggest issue users face while working with Conga Composer is quite often setting up the package and customizing templates. In situations where the documents use numerous dynamic fields, It may be very time consuming to fine tune everything to ones’ liking. There is also some problem with Salesforce integration, sometimes it does not refresh data to update current changes you may find yourself dealing with a delay or manually correct the whole thing.
