
first of all the product has to work. And it does. It, in my opinion, is the best product on the market for manufacturing use cases. I hate to use this phrase "the more complex the better" - But it could be true. Obviously there are limits and use cases that it doesn't do.
The best part however is the team of people behind it. They're absolute experts in this area and have been doing it forever. When you speak to someone on the team they not only know the technology but they also know your actual implementation. The level of service is unlike any vendor I've seen. The application is configured without coding. This can make it a little difficult to learn the ins and outs of the administration screens but after you have the hang of it, it's actually not difficult at all. The fall back of course to this is excellent training and on boarding as well as the fabulous customer support.
