Kovair Omnibus has limited functionality with regards to allowing changes in the workflows. The pre-defined connectors appear to be quite non-adaptable, thus it is hard to adjust them for our requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The need to open window after window. To many clicks to complete a taste. Then to many clicks to end tasks. It also needs to be updated to look more modern and needs to be cloud based so we don't have to use a VPN. I want to be able to get the information on phone or tablet when at a property. It is a bit old style. Lots of windows to close when you try to do tasks. Also, no web-based version to be able to have access on a phone or iPad while on-site at a property. Interface is somewhat dated. Seems more designed for Windows XP than Windows 10. Reports could be somewhat more flexible however this is overcome by exporting to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
