I like that you can access the entries from the form at any time and can export them and save them for future use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how sometimes Cognito Forms is lagging and can be slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We would be lost without Cognito Forms! The versatility of the software allows us to meet a variety of business needs, increases efficiency for staff, and adds value for customers. Pricing is very reasonable for the paid version, but the free version also offers quite a bit of functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found nothing to dislike. The price is reasonable, the software is very user-friendly, and we have loved implementing this software in as many ways as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cognito has been an outstanding platform for us in the past two years. We have used it within several organizations, including educational and academic societies and nonprofits. The team is constantly working on implementing new features, which really never disappoint. The customer service is great as well! My favorite is part about the forms is the calculation feature, which essentially allows you to computerize certain processes and assign values to responses. These can either be shown on the front-end or be used internally. When using Cognito for recruitment purposes, we were able to essentially automate the preliminary evaluation of every applicant and assign a score to them. Overall, highly recommend Cognito! There's not much here-- the embedding features could be more advanced, but otherwise, everything is top-notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Helpful way to make forms, evaluations and other basic needs for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HIPAA compliance costs a lot of money so using the forms for your clinical practice can be a challenge. But for educational purposes or other non-medical purposes, it is very easy to create forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fast and easy implementation and works flawless 98% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, you will receive an "internal processing error", which results in having to fill out the whole form again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I absolutely love how easy it is to build a form and embed it into your website. We use this form for lead generation purposes and it helps tremendously to keep track of attribution for leads. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, it's hard to come up with dislikes for Cognito. It really is quite simple to use. Unless you aren't as familiar with code and embedding it on the website, it's straightforward to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hard to say what's BEST. I love it's feature set, ease of use, and how good the forms look. I also like its integration with Zapier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much to dislike. Only thing I can say is the forms didn't look quite as good on mobile in an embedded form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The build interface is extremely simple to interact with, enabling you to create great looking forms very quickly and easily. Cognito provides some very powerful features like calculations and conditional logic, and makes it easy to integrate payments. Integrations with Microsoft Flow, Zapier, etc, and your own endpoints allows for very sophisticated workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Access to a full featured API would be icing on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
