It's trying to solve a very common yet "lesser addressed" problem of structuring things in project management. For SaaS orgs especially, multiple customer onboarding is a paint point along with having visibility on each customer's lifecycle journey. CS is solving a huge problem. The product has a great offering. However, I believe that it is still not being utilized to its fullest due to the UI/UX of the tool. I have reviewed a couple of competitor products that might have scaled faster due to better UX and intuitive UI.
I am also aware that CS is addressing this issue and hope to see a revamp soon.
Secondly, all CS's potential customers currently use excel, sheets, etc for current project tracking. It should build ways to seamlessly transfer data from those docs to the tool, thereby making onboarding faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
