What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

It's trying to solve a very common yet "lesser addressed" problem of structuring things in project management. For SaaS orgs especially, multiple customer onboarding is a paint point along with having visibility on each customer's lifecycle journey. CS is solving a huge problem. What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?

The product has a great offering. However, I believe that it is still not being utilized to its fullest due to the UI/UX of the tool. I have reviewed a couple of competitor products that might have scaled faster due to better UX and intuitive UI.

I am also aware that CS is addressing this issue and hope to see a revamp soon.

Secondly, all CS's potential customers currently use excel, sheets, etc for current project tracking. It should build ways to seamlessly transfer data from those docs to the tool, thereby making onboarding faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CogniSaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a program manager in a SaaS product, one big challenge that we faced was customer onboarding and project delivery visibility across all levels. There were multiple tools and documents used for the same purpose, therefore, creating a lot of problems and confusion. CS beautifully addresses that problem by bringing all necessary onboarding and tracking activities under 1 roof.
