What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

That it can help notify users about milestone Signoff, Easy generation of Project Report(however not the best), Single repository of documents and information about client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Too many clicks to update the plan. First i open the client, then project, then plan, then use case, then plan again and then i get to edit the dates, It is too tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

Very efficient and all the information is at glance. I used to track all my projects. Was able to see all the information needed with one glance. There is no limit for projects I liked it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?

Reporting needs to enhance further. UI needs to change which looks very old and not so user friendly. Need further enhancement for reporting features. Reporting needs to be better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

Cognisaas help with easy project tracking and helps keep track of your deliverables with respective teams and stakeholders. The user-friendly UI and ability to filter projects with almost every items you can imagine is available in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?

Cognisaas team keeps updating the dashboard with a lot of enhancements and improvements. The team can enhance the reporting ability a little more conveniently to present to other stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CogniSaaS?

It helped answer these customer-centric questions easily with one-click reports and dashboards, which otherwise involved checking with multiple teams and digging into multiple tools.

• What are the desired business use cases of each customer, priorities and timelines?

• When can we deliver the actual use case (not just product features and tasks)?

• Which clients are at risk with gaps between their use cases and the product?

• Who needs to do what by when to close any gaps before the deadline?

What do you dislike about CogniSaaS?

Nothing as of now but it would be good to support the post-implementation customer lifecycle via integration with Customer Success tools in addition to the existing integrations with CRM and Jira. What problems is CogniSaaS solving and how is that benefiting you?

CogniSaaS helped us with real-time visibility of the latest RAG status of projects, driving accountability among teams and customer-centric prioritization of product roadmap.
